14-Day Return Period

Our products come with a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. During this time period you can inspect the products you have purchased and providing they are not used or tampered with (as indicated by the tamper evident labels and/or shipping tape), return them for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we can’t process returns after the 14 day period. Damaged on arrival (DOA) orders must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of your order or a refund may not be possible.

We can’t offer a refund or exchange on products that have been tampered with, opened, and/or used (unless they are faulty). We can and will refuse claims for returns that have been used, that you changed your mind about, and/or  because you perceive or believe it to be different from previous versions that you may have tried in the past. Perfumes and colognes oftentimes get reformulated and can vary in smell or perception of smell for many many reasons like for example wine, this is completely normal and doesn’t mean the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged on Arrival (DOA) or Defective Claims

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement item, full refund, or a partial refund depending upon the individual situation; all claims are handled on an individual case by case basis. Please contact us immediately in the event of damage or defects (see contact details and instructions below).

Orders should be inspected upon receipt. Please report any damage or defects to us within 72 hours of delivery. Not contacting us within the specified time frame will be considered to be an acceptance of the item(s) condition. Any damage reported more than 72 hours after the delivery confirmation on the delivery may be rejected. If a return is accepted the damaged and/or defective item should be returned with all the original packaging and accessories as purchased along with all relevant documents within 14 days of purchase. The customer may be required to provide digital photographs and a confirmation statement that the item arrived damaged and/or defective. This information may be used to file a claim with our courier. The customer will be required to cooperate with the courier and us in any resulting investigation. Purchasing from The Fragrance Decant Boutique™, LLC is a full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Returning a Product

We recommend using the United States Postal Service when returning damaged or defective orders back to us. We are not responsible for non-delivery of goods you return to us. Utilizing most proof of purchase receipts you can keep track of your tracking number for future reference. Please properly pack and ship your returns so as to avoid return shipping damage.
