Not sure if it is normal but the initial spray smells a little off, Almost like a pineapple that is going bad. Ive only used this fragrance twice in public and the second time was given a negative comment about it. They said ” it smells like someones perfume has expired!”.
This was only within about 20 minutes of spraying this on. Kind of disappointed since I heard alot of good stuff about it. I do like the dry down alot however. Would easily be a 4 star if it were not for that experience.

Hi, thanks for the great feedback. In some areas when a pineapple is overripe it smells like it is extra sweet i.e. extra intense pineapple. If this is the case we can definitely understand as we notice the intense pineapple top notes hence its name. If your bottle had an imperfection from our bottle supplier and you suspect it was perhaps faulty in that it was not maintaining the integrity and quality you expect, kindly let us know and we are more than happy to either send a replacement or offer a refund with the remaining portion returned so we can evaluate the item.
