Description
In collaboration with Coty Prestige, Bottega Veneta, after editions for women Bottega Veneta from 2011 and Bottega Veneta Eau Legere from 2013, is launching the first perfume for men, Bottega Veneta Pour Homme. “My idea was based on the journey of a man leaving region Veneto towards the north, to the dolomites … He reserves time from his full, urban timetable to spend days in a mountain house with icy cold breezes coming from the forest,” says Tomas Meyer, creative director of the brand.
The fragrance is signed by perfumers of the house of Givaudan, Daniela Andrier and Antoine Maisondieu, setting Andalusian labdanum as the key note of the composition set in its base. Top notes refresh us with accords of Calabrian bergamot, pine from Siberia and juniper from the Balkans. The heart adds spicy notes of Jamaican pepper warmed by Canadian fir resins enriched with Mediterranean clary sage, resting on strong Andalusian labdanum, leather and Indonesian patchouli.
